Will it / Wont it?
So let us now try and answer the important question of whether or not it will make it big in the market or not. As good as this app may be, it is currently available only on Symbian Series 60 platform on Nokia phones. Considering that Android is beating Symbian in the market, and also taking into account the advantages of Android over Symbian, Trill has restricted itself in terms of customer base. Though the number of Nokia users might be high right now, the level of discontent with the Symbian is increasing. There were even reports that the Nokia N8 smartphone would be the last Nseries phone with Symbian OS.
We definitely think the application is good but unless they launch it for other platforms, it will be a bit tough for them to penetrate the market. Have you used Trill? We would like to hear your experience.
